The brief
A couple who entertain often wanted a penthouse that came alive after sunset — a place for long dinners, music and views over the bay.

The challenge
Salt air, strong humidity and full-height glass meant materials had to be tough, while the views demanded furniture that stayed low and out of the sightline.

Our solution
We specified marine-grade hardware, performance fabrics and sealed stone, kept every piece below sill height and designed concealed cove lighting so the city becomes the artwork at night.
