Our installers unpack and inspect every piece. If anything is damaged, we replace or repair it at no cost — usually within 10 days.

All solid-wood frames and joinery are covered for 10 years against manufacturing defects. Upholstery, finishes and hardware are covered for 2 years.

Dust with a soft dry cloth, wipe spills immediately, use coasters and re-oil once or twice a year with the care kit we include. Our journal has a full care guide.

Yes. Our service team can refinish, repair and reupholster Velmora pieces at any age, and often other solid-wood furniture too.
